Konecranes’ annual benefits Open Enrollment will be November 1 through November 15! This is your chance to enhance your coverage and create a healthier future for yourself and your loved ones.
Our focus this year is on helping you build the coverage that's right for you. To help you be the healthiest “you” that you can be, we offer our employees a comprehensive benefits program.
During Open Enrollment, you’ll have the chance to select from a variety of offerings. To make changes to your current plan for the coming year or to add or remove dependents, be sure to make your benefit elections during our open enrollment period, which ends November 15.
You MUST actively enroll, even if you are not making any changes to your current benefit plan. If you do not actively enroll, your benefits will end December 31, 2026. All changes will take effect January 1, 2027.
Important Enrollment Information
This year is an active enrollment, meaning once this enrollment period ends, you won't have another opportunity to modify your coverage until our next open enrollment in the fall of 2027, unless you experience a qualifying life event during the year.

Introducing Imagine360
New Medical Plan Administrator
Starting January 1, 2027, Imagine360 will be replacing HST as the administrator for eligible medical plan services.
2027 Wellness Program
Employees and covered spouses can participate in the 2027 Wellness Program. Covered spouses who complete the required Wellness Visit will be eligible to waive the 2028 spousal surcharge of $100 per month.
Hello Heart
Starting October 1, 2026, employees enrolled in a Konecranes medical plan have access to a no cost heart health program, Hello Heart.
Dental
The annual maximum for both dental plans is increasing to $2,000 per covered person.
