401(k)

All employees who are at least 18 years old are immediately eligible to participate in our 401(k) Plan provided through Fidelity. Enrollment in the plan can be completed by going to www.401k.com and setting up your account or you will be automatically enrolled following 30 days of employment.

The 401(k) plan allows you to invest up to 90% of your regular earnings on a pre-tax basis through automatic regular payroll deductions. In addition, the company matches 100% of the first 4% of employee deferral and 50% of the next 2% of employee deferral. So, if you invest 6%, the company will match 5% of your investment! Employees are immediately 100% vested in the plan.

Travel

Business Travel Medical Insurance

All active full-time employees traveling on the business of or at the expense of the company, outside of your country of residence (US) will be covered by International Business Travel Medical Insurance through AIG Travel Guard. International travelers have access to toll-free, 24/7/365 telephonic international service centers, and access to quality, preferred healthcare professionals throughout the world.

 

Business Travel Accident Insurance

All employees who regularly work a minimum of 30 hours a week are covered by Business Travel Accident Insurance through AIG Travel Guard. You may receive up to five times your annual base rate of pay, subject to a maximum of $1,000,000. Benefits are paid in the event you suffer a covered injury on a business trip, which results in death, dismemberment, or paralysis.
