Konecranes’ annual benefits Open Enrollment will be November 1 through November 15! This is your chance to enhance your coverage and create a healthier future for yourself and your loved ones.
Our focus this year is on safeguarding your wellbeing both within the workplace and in your personal life. To help you be the healthiest “you” that you can be, we offer our employees a comprehensive benefits program.
During Open Enrollment, you’ll have the chance to select from a variety of offerings. To make changes to your current plan for the coming year or to add or remove dependents, be sure to make your benefit elections during our open enrollment period, which ends November 15.
You MUST actively enroll, even if you are not making any changes to your current benefit plan. If you do not actively enroll, your benefits will end December 31, 2025. All changes will take effect January 1, 2026.

Important Enrollment Information
This year is an active enrollment, meaning once this enrollment period ends, you won't have another opportunity to modify your coverage until our next open enrollment in the fall of 2026, unless you experience a qualifying life event during the year.

As a Konecranes employee, you have a comprehensive suite of benefits to support you and your family. Understanding what is available and what they cover can sometimes be challenging. Please join our HR team and expert provider representatives to learn more about what each benefit covers.
